My passion for Real Estate started at an early age. With persisting efforts from my parents I graduated from high school when I was 15 years of age. By the age of twenty I had earned my Bachelors Degree in Computer Science from Cal State Pomona & my Master Degree in the same field from USC. I did this while I was working at JPL as a student and later as a full time Software Engineer.
Once my studying was done my interests for a nice big house took me from good old Glendale to new charming Santa Clarita Valley, where I bought my first house at the age of twenty. I watched with fascination while the raw piece of land was being developed into a nice dream house within few months. Since 2003 I have been enjoying life in beautiful Santa Clarita Valley.
My passion for Real Estate did not stop after I bought my own house. What could be better than helping others to buy their first home or to upgrade to their next dream home? I started my Real Estate practice and I found that helping others to realize their dreams helps me to be happier in life.

Partnered with my mom Gohar we specialize in SCV residential real estate, single family homes, townhouses, condominiums and investment properties.
